Senior Immigration Attorney Benefits & Compensation

- Must have 7-10 years of immigration attorney experience.
- Highly experienced with removal defense
- Experience with SIJ cases, VAWA petitions, provisional waivers, U visas, family-based adjustment of status applications, and legal representation at orders of supervision and USCIS interviews.
- Must be barred in New York
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- Strong understanding of legal processes involving visas and case preparation.
- Experience managing immigration matters independently.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with partners and clients.
- Lead and manage immigration matters within the legal firm.

- Collaborate with partners on complex immigration cases.
- Provide exceptional legal services while adhering to deadlines and client expectations.
- Ensure accuracy in case preparation and documentation.
