Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of employment litigation experience
• Admitted to practice law in California
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Demonstrated expertise managing discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions
• Solid academic credentials
  
  

Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience with class action defense or PAGA matters
• Ability to balance multiple projects independently and within a team
• Self-starter with collaborative mindset
  
  

Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of employment litigation, from initial pleadings through resolution
• Draft and argue motions in court
• Lead discovery processes, including taking and defending depositions
• Oversee complex matters, including potential class action and PAGA lawsuits
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strategic legal solutions for clients
