Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations for a fast-paced, upscale restaurant and venue
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team to ensure the highest service standards
• Monitor financial performance and optimize costs while maintaining quality
• Train staff on menu knowledge, customer engagement, and operational procedures
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging team culture
