Restaurant Manager Compensation And Benefits
- Base salary of $50,000–$55,000
- Uncapped bonus potential tied to top-line sales performance

- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management, or a strong supervisor ready to step up
- Genuine passion for food, wine, and guest experience (formal wine certifications not required)
- Comfortable leading a smaller, close-knit team in a hands-on environment
- Strong people skills with a warm, service-driven leadership style
- Ability to work in an operation that needs structure, consistency, and care
- Solid understanding of basic P&L concepts, scheduling, and labor management
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Oversee daily restaurant and market operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Lead, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive, accountable culture
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Drive sales through hospitality, merchandising, and community engagement
- Manage schedules, labor costs, and basic financial controls
- Partner with ownership to improve systems, consistency, and overall performance
- Be a visible leader on the floor, setting the tone for hospitality and teamwork
