Restaurant Manager – New Upscale Concept (Virginia Beach, VA)

About Us

An exciting new restaurant group is opening its flagship upscale, high-volume restaurant in Virginia Beach. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our opening team and help lead the launch of this landmark concept.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance with health/safety standards
• Support the General Manager with financial performance and operations
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant management experience (upscale or high-volume preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of service standards and guest recovery
• Experience with new restaurant openings, a plus
• Professional, adaptable, and hospitality-driven
