Restaurant General Manager Benefits And Compensation

- Experience working in a hands-on team environment
- Responsible for daily operations of a quality branded QSR
- Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop crew members and upcoming leaders

- Lead by example and ensure all brand standards are trained and followed
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving guest satisfaction

- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control measures
