General Manager Responsibilities And Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management. (Fast Food preferred)
• Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational and financial goals.
• Understanding P&L and how to drive KPIs
• Team leadership and development
• Customer service excellence
• Marketing and Community engagement
  
  

General Manager Preferred Background And Skills

• Fast Casual or Fast Food experience
• Drive-thru experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
