- Manage restaurant operations excelling in brand standards.
- Work directly with stakeholders to help grow the business.
- Collaborate with other General Managers and Team Leaders to foster a guest driven environment.
- Implement store programs for sales growth.
- 2 years of General Manager experience in quick-service restaurants.
- Proven record of increasing sales and high guest satisfaction.
- Systems and Standards Champion
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to work alongside Team Members in every facet of the operation.
