Compensation & Benefits For General Manager

• $70,000–$80,000 base salary bonus potential

What You’ll Do As a General Manager

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall financial performance
• Monitor KPIs, including sales, payroll, and operational efficiency
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture
• Oversee cash handling, budgeting, and reporting
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a top-tier dining experience
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Support local marketing and promotional initiatives
• Step into FOH/BOH roles as needed to support the team
  
  

What You Bring As a General Manager

• Proven restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with P&L and cost control
• Inventory processes, counting, and analysis
• Schedule writing, sales forecasting, and hourly wage and labor management
• Proficiency with restaurant systems and Microsoft Office
