Restaurant Floor Manager Qualifications

• Verifiable BA or BS degree of any major; or a Culinary Associates: REQUIRED
• 1-2 years of restaurant experience with supervisory exposure: preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and customer service
• Must be at least 18, 21 preferred for alcohol service
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
  
  

Restaurant Floor Manager Preferred Background

• Previous leadership role in restaurant setting- Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager
• Experience in high volume elevated dining room operations
• Familiarity with diverse cuisine styles
• Strong problem-solving and team-building skills
• Knowledge of scheduling and staff performance evaluation
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
