Nexus Brewery is seeking a confident, guest-focused Floor Manager to lead shifts, support our FOH team, and create exceptional dining experiences.Â
What You’ll Do:Â
- Guide shift flow and keep service running smoothly
- Coach and support FOH team performance
- Handle cashouts, reconcile deposits, and close out accurately
- Resolve guest issues with grace and empathy
- Communicate effectively between FOH, BOH, and leadership
What You Bring:
Â
- 2 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and shift management
- Strong presence and people-first mindset
- 21 with or able to obtain alcohol server certification
