- Proven success in driving performance, building culture, and managing profitability
- Strong understanding of P&L statements and KPI accountability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
Must Haves
- Oversee 3–4 restaurant units with full operational accountability
- Lead, coach, and support General Managers and store teams
- Execute strategic goals to elevate service and sales
- Foster strong community engagement and brand presence

Salary : $80,000 - $87,000
