District Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
• Proven success in driving performance, building culture, and managing profitability
• Strong understanding of P&L statements and KPI accountability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills

Must Haves

• Oversee 3–4 restaurant units with full operational accountability
• Lead, coach, and support General Managers and store teams
• Execute strategic goals to elevate service and sales
• Foster strong community engagement and brand presence
