A leading tire manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team!

This position is 100% remote and candidates may live anywhere in the Southeast region of the US. This is an individual production position and will not be managing a team.

Regional Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 10 years experience in the tire manufacturing industry
• 6 years of New Business Development experience and identifying growth opportunities
• Existing Book of Business and relationships with clients who would buy tires
• Proficiency in lead generation and building sales pipelines - Must have a hunter mentality!
• Successful track record of developing business with factory direct container programs, and utilizing a quality dealer network
• Strong skills in contract negotiation, overturning objections and closing deals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding target
• Ability to travel 50% as needed for in-person customer meetings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
