Preschool Director
A well-established early childhood education center is seeking an experienced Preschool Director to lead daily operations, inspire a team of educators, and foster a nurturing, high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the preschool
- Recruit, coach, and develop teachers and staff
- Build strong partnerships with families and the community
- Support enrollment growth through outreach and engagement
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and safety standards
- Promote a positive, collaborative school culture
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of preschool leadership experience
- Florida Director Credential required
- DCF background screening requirements
- Experience with enrollment growth and community outreach
- Familiarity with child-centered educational approaches (Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Waldorf, or similar) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
