What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Licensing: J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar license (in good standing)
- Experience: 3-5 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience, including case evaluation, client management, and negotiations
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor Associate Attorneys and lead case strategies
- Client-Centered Approach: Ability to maintain effective client communication and deliver high-quality legal representation
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Associate Attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case work from intake to resolution
- Partner with the Director of Pre-Litigation to guide case strategy, compliance, and department goals
- Participate in case review meetings and help drive performance across the team
- Oversee investigations, medical management, and demand preparation
- Provide negotiation support and handle select settlement offers
- Conduct client consultations (PNC interviews/sign-ups) and ensure quality client communication
- Collaborate with the Director of Litigation for case vetting and litigation transfers
- Support compliance with statutes of limitations and internal legal standards
- Contribute to cross-departmental processes and reinforce firm core values
