In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing clinical operations, driving financial performance, leading a talented team, and enhancing the patient experience.
Practice Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, healthcare providers, and patients
- Manage the clinic’s budget, monitor expenses/revenue, and ensure compliance with billing, coding, and insurance processes
- Supervise 15 employees, lead staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure exceptional patient care, manage concerns, and implement retention strategies
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality and safety
- 5-10 years’ experience in managing a specialty clinic
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and regulatory compliance
- Excel and Quickbooks experience required
