This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety (yes, you’ll be traveling between locations 4–5 days per week), and knows how to build lasting relationships with both patients and referring dentists.

What You'll Be Doing:
As the go-to person for our front office operations, you’ll wear many hats — and look good in all of them. Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments and coordinating care based on referrals
Verifying insurance benefits and submitting claims
Checking patients in and out with efficiency and empathy
Managing daily schedules, monthly reports, and team performance
Leading, hiring, training, and inspiring front office and clinical teams
Collaborating with referring dentists and sending follow-up letters
Overseeing treatment planning and supporting Endodontists’ schedules across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For:
2 years of experience in Dental Office Management (Endodontic experience is a huge plus!)
Familiarity with Dentrix; Denticon or a smilar cloud pased software knowledge is a bonus
A natural leader who thrives on collaboration, communication, and accountability
- Ability to drive relationships with referring General Dentists, and Office Managers
Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving independently
Someone who takes pride in patient-centered care and service excellence
Willingness to travel throughout the Denver metro daily and has reliable transportation

A stable Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM)
Competitive hourly pay monthly bonus opportunities hourly rate between 24.00-28.00 hr plus monthly bonus opportunities

Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Physical Demands
The position may require occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity throughout the workday.

Education and Experience
A college degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of business or managerial experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
