Practice Director / Operations Leader Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in operations, practice management, or healthcare administration
• Strong business and financial acumen, comfortable with P&L, balance sheets, and EBITDA
• Proven track record building cohesive teams and improving operational performance
• Experience leading staff in a multi-provider or multi-location environment preferred
  
  

Practice Director / Operations Leader Preferred Background & Skills

• Healthcare sector experience a plus, but not required for exceptional operational leaders
  
  

Practice Director / Operations Leader Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across two locations and a multi-provider practice
• Build and implement systems and workflows to optimize efficiency
• Develop and lead clinical and administrative teams, fostering a culture of accountability and empowerment
• Evaluate and improve financial performance, including revenue cycle and collections oversight
• Establish and grow an in-house collections function
• Partner with ownership on long-term strategy and growth planning
