Our client, a respected and fast-growing law firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join their litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-value personal injury cases in a positive, collaborative environment, while contributing to life-changing outcomes.

Associate Attorney Benefits And Compensation

• Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $200,000 per year DOE

Personal Injury Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

• Active license and good standing with the Washington State Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Ability to handle drafting of pleadings, motions, and legal documents from day one
• Capable of preparing cases through all litigation phases, including discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Personal Injury Attorney Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience in personal injury matters such as wrongful death, catastrophic injury, major orthopedic cases, or TBI claims
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) HUGE PLUS
• Detail-oriented, team-focused mindset suitable for a high-performing litigation group
