We are a thriving restaurant group operating multiple concepts, ranging from upscale dining to high-volume, casual cafes. Our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences, innovative menus, and consistent quality across every concept. We are adding an experienced Multi-Site Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations at several of our restaurants. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance creativity with operational excellence, ensure high standards, and inspire kitchen teams to achieve their best.

Multi-Site Executive Chef Responsibilities

• Teach the team to exceed the expectations of every guest every time
• Train, coach, and direct the kitchen team to be the best
• Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable and thoroughly training and supporting them
• Control all costs in the kitchen and manage high standards of service
  
  

Multi-Site Executive Chef Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the kitchen, most recently in a multi-outlet or multi-site position
• Coach mentality, lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, clear and direct communicator, a trainer with a coaching mentality, maintain a high rate of staff retention
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything
• A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
• Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
