Lathe Set-Up Machinist Benefits & Compensation
- $23–$30/hour base pay DOE $2/hour shift differential
- 4-day workweek, Monday–Thursday (2:45 PM–12:45 AM)
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance

- Employee Stock Ownership Plan
- Modern, clean, climate-controlled facility
- 3–5 years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience, including twin turret machines
- (Swiss experience a plus)
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Skilled in proving out and editing programs, optimizing speeds/feeds, and selecting cutting tools
- Proficient with inspection tools, CMMs, and precision measuring equipment
- Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow quality procedures
- Experience in medical device or other high-precision manufacturing environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a mindset for continuous improvement
- Technical training or certifications in CNC machining
