In this position, you’ll oversee treatment programs, manage and train service technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with company leadership to drive operational excellence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of service technicians and subcontractors
- Develop customized treatment plans for each customer
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and service quality
- Ensure all safety standards, regulations, and certifications are met
- Train and mentor field staff on best practices and techniques
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs
- Coordinate with sales, estimating, HR, accounting, suppliers, and agencies
- Monitor equipment usage, maintenance, and future needs
- Track job costing, production standards, and performance metrics
- Assist with strategic planning, budgeting, and training initiatives
- 10 years of experience in fertilization, weed, pest, insect, or mosquito control
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (related field a plus)
- All required local, state, and federal licenses & certifications
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning expertise
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of all relevant regulations and agencies
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Strong computer skills (CRM systems, MS Word, Excel)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
