Investment & Investor Relations Associate (Remote)

Compensation: Up to $140,000 base, annual discretionary bonus, outstanding benefits

Location: 100% Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Investment & Investor Relations Associate with ~3 years of experience to support investment diligence, portfolio tracking, and limited partner (LP) communications. This role blends analytical investment work with investor-facing responsibilities in a growing venture platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deal sourcing, market research, and investment diligence
• Assist with investment memos, IC materials, and portfolio monitoring
• Track performance metrics and maintain CRM and deal pipelines
• Support fundraising efforts, pitch materials, and LP diligence requests
• Prepare quarterly investor updates, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Coordinate investor meetings, events, and follow-ups
• Support annual investor meetings (San Francisco & Japan)
  
  

Qualifications

• ~3 years in VC, PE, IB, consulting, fund ops, or investor relations
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Slides/PowerPoint, and CRM tools
• Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude (Replit/n8n a plus)
