We are seeking an Intake Attorney to join our law firm, focusing on assisting new clients affected by deceptive, abusive, or unfair business practices. Intake Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in any state.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Intake Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage intake welcome calls for new clients in cases involving fraud, false advertising, deceptive trade practices, and violations of consumer protection laws.
• Understand or be willing to learn about general business practices, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth In Lending laws, UCC-1 filings, and lien avoidance.
• Advise clients about the firm’s services and their legal rights and remedies under consumer protection statutes.
• Facilitate the signing of attorney-client service agreements (no selling involved).
• Maintain detailed records utilizing the firm’s CRM, including regular case updates.
