Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years of a Hotel General Manager titled position
- Experience with brand name hotels like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc
- Current or very recent experience with Opera Cloud hotel software
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate the team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion and ability to work autonomously without constant direction
- Knowledge and ability to execute all hotel positions
- Positive mental attitude
