Hotel General Manager Benefits
- Salary - $125,000 to $135,000
- Bonus based on performance

- Lead and develop team members
- Identify all property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
- Prepare operational budgets, facilitating financial planning and expense control
- Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
- Create a memorable Guest experience
- Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering
- 3 years of 4 to 5-Star Hotel or Resort experience as General Manager in Chicago is a must!
- Must be willing to relocate to Chicago.

- Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
- Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
