What You’ll Do
- Own core accounting functions including AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger management
- Prepare monthly financial statements and provide actionable insights
- Monitor key hospitality revenue streams (rooms, F&B, events) and identify trends
- Partner with department leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Conduct on-site audits and support operational teams when needed
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Assist with payroll, reporting, and audit preparation
- Hybrid flexibility: Work from home for focus time, with meaningful on-site collaboration
- Operational exposure: Be more than an accountant—be a business partner
- Growth potential: Clear path to expand responsibilities as the company grows
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of accounting experience (hospitality experience is a big plus)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems

- Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
