Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
- Prior experience working in and recruiting from the Boston market.
- At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $5 million-plus in annualized sales.
- Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to develop the sales skills of the surrounding team.
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50 immediate direct reports.
- Base Salary of $75-$85K based on experience.
