Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations with excellence, organization, and energy
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
- Mentor and develop culinary staff through training and teamwork
- Oversee food and labor costs while ensuring cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
- 4 years in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining scratch kitchen
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Culinary degree preferred; deep passion for food and hospitality essential
- Strong knowledge of cost controls, inventory, and food safety
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
