- Work on diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and driveline components
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to keep equipment safe and reliable
- Partner with the Service Manager to prioritize repairs and communicate issues clearly
- Complete work orders and service documentation accurately
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Heavy Truck Certifications required
- Strong hands-on diesel mechanic experience
- Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while still being a solid teammate
