Responsibilities
- Advise healthcare clients on regulatory and compliance matters
- Assist with analysis of healthcare laws and provider regulations
- Draft legal memoranda, agreements, and compliance-related documents
- Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis
- Interface directly with clients on day-to-day healthcare matters
- Collaborate with attorneys across a sophisticated healthcare practice
- Active TN Bar admission required
- 3 years of healthcare regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare provider regulations and compliance matters
- Excellent writing, drafting, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and client interaction abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Law firm experience preferred
- Ability/Willingness to relocate to Nashville
- Ability to waive into TN if not already licensed
