General Manager – Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring exceptional service
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Manage inventory, labor, and cost controls
• Oversee financial performance and reporting
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Manage scheduling and peak service execution
• Partner with kitchen leadership on operations
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
  
  

General Manager – Requirements

• 4 years restaurant management experience
• 2 years General Manager experience
• Experience in $4M revenue restaurants
• Upscale or fine dining experience required
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with Toast POS or similar systems
• Strong financial and operational knowledge
