Fine Dining General Manager Job Requirements

• 5 years as a General Manager in a full-service fine dining establishment.
• Proven experience managing sales volumes of $15M per year.
• Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service standards.
• Exceptionally service-driven and hospitality-focused, with a track record of exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to measure and evaluate staff and operational performance effectively.
• Track record of consistently executing operational systems, standards, and processes.
• Strong command of financial management, P&L accountability, and inventory control.
