- Oversee daily hotel, conference, and food & beverage operations to achieve financial and service excellence.
- Lead a department-head team including the Assistant General Manager, Directors of Food & Beverage, Sales, Rooms, Engineering, and the Executive Chef.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning, sales leadership, and effective cost control.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management team and staff.
- Manage a $9M annual P&L, budgets, forecasts, and capital plans in partnership with corporate leadership.
- Oversee event operations across 17,000 sq ft of meeting and banquet space, ensuring flawless execution.
- Collaborate with client and campus partners on shared facilities and operational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior hotel or conference-center leadership role (GM, AGM, or multi-department director).
- Proven record overseeing full P&L of $8–$12 million operations.
- Demonstrated success managing F&B, conference, and rooms divisions in a high-service environment.
- Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills; experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to balance multiple stakeholders — client, ownership, and corporate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- Open to relocation for qualified out-of-market candidates.
