We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, fine dining restaurant within a rapidly growing restaurant group. General Manager Compensation & Benefits

General Manager Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and uphold fine dining service standards
• Oversee and manage a team to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
• Maintain full financial accountability, including P&L, inventory, and cost controls
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and contribute to a culture of service excellence
  
  

General Manager Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a fine dining, full-service restaurant
• Proven success managing annual sales volumes of $15M
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service
• Demonstrated career progression and new restaurant opening (NRO) experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Ability to measure and improve performance, both subjectively and objectively
