A fine dining restaurant opening in CT is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations. This chef-driven concept offers an elevated yet approachable dining experience focused on exceptional cuisine and hospitality. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, drive menu execution and innovation, and ensure operational excellence while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10 years of fine dining culinary experience
• 5 years of executive kitchen management experience
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing large culinary teams
• Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory, labor management, and budgeting
• Experience maintaining health, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, opening, or fast-paced restaurant environment
  
  

Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience opening new restaurants or leading high-end culinary concepts
• Michelin-starred, luxury hotel, or nationally recognized fine dining experience
• Experience collaborating with ownership and front-of-house leadership
• Bilingual skills are a plus
