Chef Manager – Benefits And Compensation
- $65K annual salary
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with matching
- Paid time off and referral program
- Food provided daily
- Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evening/weekend catering events
- Year-round position with no late-night restaurant hours
- Supportive company culture with growth potential
- Minimum 5 years of food service management experience
- Proven ability to produce high-quality meals while meeting budget and quality targets
- Strong knowledge of ordering, inventory management, cost per plate budgeting and kitchen operations
- Experience in staff hiring, training, and team leadership
- High-end catering experience and strong presentation skills
- High energy, stamina, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Community-focused mindset and strong customer service skills
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Passion for creating memorable dining experiences for children and adults alike
- Skilled in building a positive, team-driven kitchen culture
- Up-to-date with current food trends and creative menu development
- Clear, confident communicator with excellent organizational skills
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and service
