Fine Dining Chef Responsibilities Include
- Execute upscale-to-fine dining menus with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Maintain strict adherence to recipes, plating standards, and presentation guidelines
- Lead and support line cooks during high-volume service
- Ensure proper mise en place, station organization, and readiness for service
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety
- Assist with inventory management, prep production, and waste control
- Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Contribute ideas for seasonal features and culinary enhancements
- Foster a professional, focused, and team-oriented kitchen culture
- 3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens
- Strong understanding of classical cooking techniques and refined plating
- Experience in high-volume, high-standard service environments
- Proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality
- Strong knife skills and technical proficiency
- Working knowledge of inventory systems and cost control practices
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members
- A genuine passion for hospitality, excellence, and guest experience
