We’re seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations and lead teams to excellence in operations, profitability, and people development. This hands-on leader will coach and support General Managers, ensuring each restaurant delivers exceptional guest experiences and achieves strong business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and mentor General Managers across assigned locations.
- Drive sales, profit, and operational performance through effective planning and coaching.
- Ensure restaurants are fully staffed with engaged, high-performing teams.
- Oversee financial controls, labor compliance, and company standards.
- Conduct regular business reviews, audits, and on-site visits to identify areas for improvement.
- Champion training, performance development, and a culture of accountability and respect.
- Partner with corporate leadership to execute new initiatives and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR)
- Proven success in driving sales, developing talent, and maintaining operational excellence.
- ServSafe certification required; strong communication and organizational skills a must.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel between locations
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
