General Manager Requirements

• 2 years experience in a similar role
• A leader who cares about working for an ethical, environmentally focused company
• Enthusiasm and excitement about being an integral part of a mission to deliver traceable, sustainable food to our guests
• Driven by having smart goals and clear expectations
• Ability to drive sales and promotions through creative up-selling tactics and involving your team in numerous seasonal campaigns
• Must be able to analyze metrics, trends, and numbers to make decisions that drive your business
