Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Full time relocation to Naples, Florida
- Minimum 3 years as Executive Chef, CDC or Executive Sous Chef in upscale or fine dining
- Experience leading successful new restaurant openings
- Proven background in high-volume steakhouse or chophouse concepts
- Specialization in charcoal grilling; deep knowledge of dry-aged meats and seafood
- Demonstrated ability to manage annual restaurant sales of $6M
- Leadership experience with culinary teams of 50 staff
- Valid ServSafe Certification or equivalent
- Strong financial skills managing food, labor, and operational costs
Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations and culinary execution for a 200 seat restaurant
- Set and maintain the highest standards for food quality, safety, and presentation
- Develop chef-driven seasonal menus and specials leveraging Mediterranean flavors
- Recruit, train, and inspire a back-of-house team
- Manage food and labor budgets while delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Conduct line checks, monitor food safety, and ensure kitchen compliance
- Partner with front-of-house leadership to create a seamless, vibrant restaurant environment
