Executive Chef Requirements
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or comparable culinary leadership role
- Proven success leading high-volume restaurants with annual sales of $15M (experience in $20M operations preferred)
- Upscale dining experience required
- Strong scratch-kitchen background
- Menu development and culinary innovation experience
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Expertise in food cost control, labor management, and overall financial performance
- Strong organizational, communication, and operational skills
- Base salary of $115,000–$150,000 based on experience
