What You’ll Do
- Lead all kitchen operations in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment
- Oversee food quality, consistency, and execution across all service periods
- Manage food cost, labor, and overall kitchen financial performance
- Drive team development through hiring, training, and mentorship
- Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal culinary creativity
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve operations and guest experience
- 3 years of Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience
- Proven success in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
- Strong food cost and labor management experience
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Experience with menu development and maintaining consistent execution
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A hospitality-driven mindset with attention to detail and accountability
- Base salary $90K–$110K performance-based bonus
