What You’ll Do As An Environmental Risk Assessor
- Lead the development of ecological risk assessments under Pennsylvania Act 2 program
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams on soil, groundwater, air quality, and biota investigations
- Serve as the go-to project manager: scope, budget, schedule, client expectations—all under your command
- Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure top-quality outcomes
- Drive business growth through proposal development, strategic networking, and repeat business
- Mentor junior staff, grow internal capabilities, and champion technical excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, GeoChemistry, or a related field
- 4 years in regulatory toxicology, environmental consulting, EPA/state cleanup programs, or product safety
- Strong understanding of data quality and sampling design for risk assessments
- Experience leading large-scale environmental projects and interfacing with regulatory bodies
- Business development savvy with a proven track record of winning new work
