Engineering Lab Manager is required to support the assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies, starting with PC sub-assemblies to modules to system integration.

Engineering Lab Manager is required to support the assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies, starting with PC sub-assemblies to modules to system integration.
Responsibilities
- Generation of in-process test procedures/data sheets for PCA’s, modules and top-level system testing.
- Review of customer performance specifications (EQ spec) and customer supplied documents.
- Top level system test requirements including Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, Shock and EMI testing.
- Generation of engineering required documentation:
- Test support for engineers, technicians, engineering associates.
- Tools (universal for RF/Microwave assemblies.
- Test equipment (specific to each program)
- Technical understanding of typical system designs:
- Passive designs (power dividers, lowpass/highpass/bandpass filters, crystal filters.
- Active designs (oscillators, amplifiers, multipliers, phase locked loops, mixers.etc.)
- Familiarity with EEE parts selection, including characterization/evaluation, screening, traceability and derating requirements for space applications.
