About UsWell-established, reputable electrical contractor focused on commercial projects in the Miami area.​Projects include ground-up commercial, tenant build-outs, renovations, and design-build work.​Team-oriented environment where field and office work closely together to deliver quality jobs on time.​What You’ll DoReview plans, specs, and addenda to understand scope and build complete electrical estimates.​Perform accurate quantity take-offs, get material and subcontractor pricing, and build detailed cost breakdowns.​Work with project managers and leadership on bid strategy, value-engineering options, and final proposals.​Build and maintain relationships with vendors, GCs, and clients in the local market.​What We’re Looking For3 years of electrical estimating experience, preferably on commercial projects.​Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction documents.​Comfortable using estimating software (Accubid, Conest, Trimble, or similar) and Excel.​Detail-oriented, good with deadlines, and able to communicate clearly with the team and clients.​What You GetCompetitive pay based on experience, plus bonus potential.​Health benefits, PTO, and holidays; 401(k) or retirement plan if applicable.​Stable workload with a respected local contractor and clear paths to move into senior estimator or project management roles.​
