Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences while driving performance and profitability? We are seeking a Hotel General Manager like YOU to lead our team in executing the highest level of Guest Service for two of our amazing properties!

Dual Hotel General Manager Requirements

• 6 years of progressive experience as a Dual Hotel General Manager (full service) is a MUST
• Must have a passion for team engagement, retention and guest satisfaction
• Proactive problem-solver and able to lead and inspire the team
• Multi-property leadership experience with Marriott hotels
• Operations experience with 300 hotel rooms
• Experience with QA inspections and maintaining a high level of service
• Strong knowledge of financials, labor control, and guest satisfaction metrics with the ability to drive revenue growth
  
  

Dual Hotel General Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of both properties – not limited to front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering.
• Lead and develop the team with integrity to ensure brand standards are achieved consistently.
• Maintain a memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Implement best practices that elevate guest satisfaction and foster a culture
• Prepare budgets, forecast revenue and partner on marketing initiatives to achieve goals.
• Conduct regular property audits, inspections and evaluations.
