- Competitive salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year

Director of Talent Development Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of training and development experience with progressive leadership responsibility
- Strong background in HR or organizational development
- Restaurant operations and hospitality industry experience required
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into development frameworks that drive performance and retention
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage leaders at all levels
- Experience leveraging data and technology to measure impact and improve programs
