Director Of Restaurant Outlets Benefits
- Base salary up to 85K plus generous end-of-year bonus

- Interview, hire, train, coach, and discipline team members and supervisors
- Oversee financial performance, including revenue, labor, and cost controls
- Collaborate with Operations and Culinary leadership on seasonal menu updates and beverage innovation
- 5 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including multi-outlet oversight
- Experience in upscale or elevated dining environments
- Strong financial acumen and labor management expertise
- Proven ability to build, coach, and develop leadership teams
- Hands-on leadership style with high floor presence
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
