Director of Operations – Connecticut - Mid-State
A leading operator of QSR Restaurants and convenience stores has an exciting opening for a Director of Operations overseeing multiple sites across the region. Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of multi-unit management experience in food & beverage, retail, or related operations
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ability to lead General Managers by setting annual budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring brand and regulatory compliance
• Daily responsibility for conducting district reviews, driving sales growth, implementing customer engagement strategies, and ensuring consistent brand standards across all locations.
• Skilled in talent development, performance management, and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline
Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills:
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational systems
• Strong cultural fit with a customer-focused, results-driven leadership style
• Ability to serve as a change agent, implementing new programs and operational improvements across multiple locations
